Paul Ringote has a degree in Economics by the Universidade Agostinho Neto (Angola) and a Master degree in Finance, awarded jointly by the University Carlos III of Madrid, Autónoma de Barcelona and Alicante, all from the Kingdom of Spain, in 2007. Since 2010, he is advisor of the Secretary of State of Water, with the responsibility for monitoring the implementation of the Water for All Program. From 2006 to 2010, Paulo Ringote was consultant of the Minister of Energy and Water and director of the Office of Studies, Planning and Statistics of the Secretary of State of Water. He teaches the disciplines of Economics and Microeconomics and Industrial Policy at the High Institute for International Relations, and holds a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Fundamentals of Economic Analysis, awarded by the Spanish National University of Education at Distance, where he pursuits his PhD studies since 2008. He obtained a degree in Demography by the Latin American Center for Demography in 1997, and participated in several seminars and short courses on "Public Private partnerships / Market Regulation / Privatization of Enterprises" at the Harvard University in 2008.
